Since they dont schedule appointments for alignments. Its first come, first serve. Sure enough I go at the time she gave me & I was in & out of there in no time. I appreciate Jennifer, she made my visit convenient without me even asking.

I took my car in due to the battery not holding a charge. I ended up needing a new alternator. Jen had called me with an update as soon as she knew what the issue was and gave me options in regards to pricing. From talking on the phone to meeting in person, Jen was very friendly and professional. Customer service was outstanding. I will be going back next week for a smog check. I highly recommend going to Golden Wrench for your car needs.

I was driving through Victorville and had 4x4 mechanical trouble Friday afternoon. I had stop at 4 other shop, the last one recommended Golden Wrench because they were fully staffed Saturdays. They were able to get me in Saturday and quickly diagnosed the issue, a big dirt clod on top of the transfer case. It was pinching the wire controlling the shifting motor.

They changed me a very reasonable Rate and got me on my way by noon. They could have taken me to the cleaners, and I would not have known better.

Traveling through Victorville on my way to Nevada and noticed my rear left brake started to rub against the rear right brake drum causing the drum to get very hot. This shop adjusted that rear brake so it wouldn't rub, got me back on the road in 20 minutes, and the bill was very very reasonable. The shop just before Golden Wrench in which I came across first didn't have any cars in the shop or on the lifts and I was told they are closing in 45 minutes. I was told they didn't have enough time to have a look. I asked to refer me to another shop however I was told they didn't know of any shop in the area that could help me.
Thank goodness I noticed Golden Wrench right next door. I noticed all the auto techs working fast and efficient so I felt confident they can help me. They came to my rescue!!! The staff at Golden Wrench was very nice to me, very courteous, very knowledgeable and very quick to make the repair. I highly recommend Golden Wrench and Smog Service for all your auto repairs!!!!

Turns out all it needed was fluids. My van runs like new again! Very much so please with their services. Yes I would recommend people to come in if you live in this area and need a profesional to do the job well and at the 1st go. They got straight to the job, I didnt feel like I was being ripped off at all after receiving my van and inspecting their work! Thank you everyone ! Staff up at the front desk also very nice !
